Accommodations

Maxwell House has 4 bedrooms and two and a half baths total. This is our beloved family home—please, no parties, pets or smoking allowed.

A note to the pet-allergic: our family dog comes to this house occasionally, so those with a dog allergy should consider this when booking.

 UPSTAIRS

• Large kitchen in a freshly remodeled open-concept living area with original vaulted cedar ceilings.

• Large 70’s style working fireplace

• Giant deck with sweeping ocean views

• Two bedrooms, one queen-bed master with an incredible ten foot wide ocean view and one smaller room with full-size bed.

• One full bath and one half bath—PLEASE NOTE, they are both original to 1979. They are clean and work wonderfully, but are very retro in style.

DOWNSTAIRS

• Two bedrooms, one large bright and modern bedroom (queen bed) with peekaboo views, and a cozy rustic bunkroom with 4 twin bunk-style beds.

• One full bath, remodeled in 2021

• Large laundry room with new washer/dryer

• 1970’s wood-paneled family room with TV

• Concrete patio with outdoor shower/ rinse-off station
